Euro 2012 OddsEuro 2012 has produced some great moments thus far as teams are going into their second matchup of the tournament.  Oddsmakers have already released their lines for this weekends matches.  That great news for those of you that want to place a few wagers on the upcoming games.  Of course, if you are in the US, that's not so helpful.  While momentum grows for online gambling in the US, Americans still cannot bet on Euro 2012.  For the rest of you that can place bets, check out some of the odds on upcoming matches.

One of two matches on Friday that oddsmakers are keeping an eye on is France vs. Ukraine. France comes into this one looking for their first win after a 1-1 draw against England on Monday.  Ukraine is looking to improve to 2-0 after their win on Monday against Sweden.  However, the line has France favored to move to 1-0-1 as they are currently sitting at 11/10 to win, just a bit better than even money.  Ukraine is sitting at 5/2 with the draw sitting at 9/4.

The other matchup on Friday is England vs. Sweden.  Sweden is a huge underdog to England at this point, sitting at 14/5 odds to win and 11/5 to draw.  England is sitting at 21/20 odds to win and many expect them to easily take the match.

The Czech Republic faces Poland on Saturday in a matchup where Poland is heavily favored.  They on defeated Greece 2-1 on Tuesday and are currently 6/5 to win.  Poland is a huge underdog at 23/10 to win and the same odds to draw after a 1-1 draw against Russia on Tuesday.

Russia is heavily favored in their Saturday match against Greece.  At present, they are 7/10 to win with Greece sitting as a huge underdog at 19/5.  Odds to draw on this matchup are at 11/4.

Germany at present looks to be the heaviest favorite in the upcoming matches.  On Sunday, they take on a Denmark squad that lost on Wednesday to Portugal.  Germany defeated the Netherlands 2-1 and go into Friday's match as a 4/6 favorite.  Denmark is 5/1to win this one, making them one of the long shots of the week.  The draw is currently lined at 12/5.

The closest matchup this weekend will be Portugal vs. the Netherlands.  The Netherlands are only a slight favorite at 6/4 against Portugal at 7/4.  While this contests promises to be a close one, the draw is currently sitting at 23/10, so those liking to bet smartly on a long shot may want to chose this contest.

Of course, the above are odds based on past play and things can change up until the matches begin.  While most teams are focused on taking down the Euro 2012 title, some are trying to make a major impact on football's World Cup Selection Committee to try and earn a selection into World Cup 2014.  Regardless of motivation, the upcoming matchup should prove spirited as the march to the Euro 2012 title continues.
