Brazil could run away with it if they score early but they aren’t showing any signs of this being likely at present and Dunga has instilled a more cautious approach to his side since taking the reigns in 2006.

If the Americans do throw everything into their defence again then a Half-Time/Full-Time selection of Draw/Brazil at 7/2 could be an option, as it could take a while before Kaka and co get past the determined heroics of Jay Demerit, Carlos Bocanegra and co.
