 Atlético qualified for the semifinals of the European League after a scoreless draw at the Calderon against Valencia. The referee did not see a clear penalty for Juanito to Zigic in the 86th minute that could change history. Earlier, Atletico had been forgiven a superior and Valencia in the final minutes, was able to turn around the tie.
In the other quarterfinal betting matches, Hamburg beat Standard Liege 3 to 1 and will face in the other betting semifinal at Fulham, who beat Wolsfburgo (1-0) with a goal from Bobby Zamora.

 Arsenal will face Barcelona in the Champions League betting Quarter Final on March 31st.
