 After all, Cristiano Ronaldo will be in the World Cup.
Portugal got the ticket to their third consecutive world cup on Wednesday to overcome Bosnia-Herzegovina 1-0 in the second leg of the playoff qualifying.
Raul Meireles scored the target in the 56th minute off a pass from Nani.
Portugal coach Markers won the playoff with a 2-0 overall after Saturday's 1-0 victory in Lisbon.
Christian, the Real Madrid star, did not play the playoffs with a sprained ankle that kept him sidelined for over a month.
Portugal came close to flunking out of South Africa after a dismal start in qualifying, but rallied in the stretch and reached the playoffs against Bosnia-Herzegovina.

 Cristiano Ronaldo returned to training with Real Madrid today in a further step in the process of recovery from his ankle injury.
The Portuguese winger jumped to the grass Valdebebas, the club's training camp, to run and also played ball.
According to Europa Press agency reported, the development of edema dragging his right ankle in a positive way, although it is still early to confirm the exact date of its recovery.
