The champion of CONCACAF, Atlante of Mexico, confirmed its presence in one of the semifinals of Club World Cup against Barcelona, after beating 3-0 yesterday New Zealand Auckland City.
Striker Daniel Arreola forward the Mexican team on the scoreboard at 36 'and midfielder Christian Bermudez scored the 2-0 in the 69th.
The final was 3-0 in injury time thanks to Brazilian striker Lucas Silva.
"We respect our way of playing football and we mature, we show a special forbearance," said the experienced midfielder Santiago Solari.
The former Real Madrid and Inter Milan among others, stressed the historic significance of the victory of his current team.

Lionel Messi was today ruled out of Saturday's match between Barcelona and Espanyol in the Spanish League football because of his ankle injury suffered during the last victory against Dynamo Kiev.
Barca confirmed in its official website that he "has a Grade II sprain of his right ankle and is low for Saturday's game.
The striker suffered the problem in his ankle on the last play of the game last night when Barca beat Dynamo Kiev 2-1, with an own goal from a free kick from Rosario.
The Catalan club's medical staff was performed the tests on the affected leg and determined that the winner of the Ballon de Oro 2009 will remain in recovery, at least for the next four days.
In addition, the club reported that the evolution of the injury "will mark the availability of Messi" for the semifinals of Club World Cup, in which Barcelona will face the winner Wednesday of the match between Atlante of Mexico and the Auckland City by New Zealand.

Real Madrid went live from "hell" and beat Marseille 3-1 Olympique today thanks to the talents of Cristiano Ronaldo, who earned two vital goals for his team to win the pass as the group leader.
The meeting was low quality, although it was hotly disputed.
With the victory, Madrid stayed top of Group C with 13 points and passed round next to AC Milan, who drew 1-1 in their trip to FC Zurich.
Ronaldo opened the scoring with a powerful free kick after 5 minutes and scored again in the 80th on a cold night at the Stade Velodrome.
The Argentinian Lucho Gonzalez put the 1-1 part in the 11th minute but missed a penalty kick in the 69th, when Madrid was necessary thanks to a 2.1 by Raul Albiol.

Barca is leading the league with 36 points, followed by Madrid with 31 points but has a game in your account.
