"Unfortunately I have been advised not to return to competition. I'll do when recovered one hundred percent. Do not want to risk having a relapse. This time I'll be smarter. I'm disappointed and I want to express my regret to the fans of British" says on its website.
Woods, who already lost the U.S. Open, has not played a full tournament since injuring his knee and Achilles tendon in his left leg during the Masters. He played nine holes at The Players' Championship on 12 May, and withdrew from the tournament.
The head of the tournament, Peter Dawson, has wished a speedy recovery to the golfer. "Naturally, we regret the absence of a player of his caliber, but we wish to recover and come back soon."

While you’re doing some horse betting online, check out the odds for the 125th edition of Wimbledon, the oldest tennis tournament in the history of the game, and the most coveted of them all. This year’s event is markedly different on both sides, as the men should boil down to a four-man showdown, while the womens’ draw is as unpredictable as ever.
Men
Roger Federer (six times) and Rafael Nadal (two) have combined to win the last eight Wimbledon titles, and their 2008 epic final that was won by the Spaniard could go down as the best match ever in tennis history. They’ve now been joined by Novak Djokovic, who won the Australian and had a 43-match streak going until he lost to Federer in the semifinals at the French Open. And then of course, there is Andy Murray, who will have the weight of the United Kingdom on his shoulders, and he has been to the semifinals in each of the last two years. Just like those who make NFL betting picks know that Pittsburgh, New England or Indianapolis is going to win the AFC, one of these four men will win Wimbledon, and the smart play is Nadal.

Rafael Nadal made his debut in the 125 edition of Wimbledon with a comfortable victory over Michael Russell. The world No. 1, who defend this condition on the grass Amen London won the title last year, now find Ryan Sweeting, who beat in five sets of Pablo Andujar.
After the rain forecast warned a 80% chance of showers during the game reviews for Wimbledon 2011 betting , the London sky respected the defending champion, as always in this Grand Slam responsible for opening the issue on Center Court at the All England Tennis Club. Rafa Nadal beat American Michael Russell by an aggregate score 6-4, 6-4, 6-2 in one hour and fifty-eight minutes of action. Nadal and Russell had never faced before in the circuit, explaining why the early stages of the game were of first refusal to see the reaction of others. It was the U.S., in a fit of daring, who managed the first break of the match, taking advantage (4-2) that would soon disappear. And it seemed to be hoping that Rafa wake-up call to get the costume of the big galas. Without a show, but proving to be very thin, it worked the comeback in the first act that resolved after signing the final four games of the same.
