New York Jets in Week 14Rex Ryan declined to say who would be the quarterback for the New York Jets in Week 14, but Mark Sanchez is already under warning.

Ryan Sanchez sent to the bench for the first time in his NFL career, a decision that could signal the seismic beginning of the end of the passing of quarterback for New York.

Sanchez suffered greatly before being removed from what became a 7-6 victory for the Jets over the Arizona Cardinals, completing 10 of 21 passes for 97 yards with three interceptions and zero points. Actually, Sanchez could have thrown five interceptions if Arizona high school had been more opportunistic.

"From the start, from the first play, it just was not my day," Sanchez said, according to the Associated Press.

Ryan Sanchez went for well into the third quarter before opting for Greg McElroy. The sophomore led immediately to the Jets on a 10-play, 53-yard touchdown, the only points that the team needed to defeat a Cardinals offense led by Ryan Lindley.

"I am very happy for the team and very happy for Greg," Sanchez said. "He came in and gave everything."

If you have been following Sanchez, would know that would handle the situation the right way. Not much to say here. Considering their problems, a time out of the spotlight not affect him.

"It's a difficult situation (to Sanchez) now that everyone is against him," said the deep Cardinals Kerry Rhodes, who intercepted twice his former teammate. "Whatever you do will not be positive as it was taken today. I talked to him during the match when he went to the bench. I went there and talked to him in the band and told him to keep his head held high. "

The audience applauded loudly when MetLife Stadium McElroy entered the game, a sign of how much has fallen Sanchez from consecutive appearances in the championship game of the AFC to start his career.
