Nick Foles received a standing ovation after replacing him with the game tied 7-7 in the second quarter. Foles was third-round pick from Arizona and had a solid betting preseason with the Eagles. Vick was beaten by linebacker Ernie Sims in an incomplete pass and was slow to reincorporate. He went to the locker room and Foles started to warm up. Vick threw a touchdown pass to Riley Cooper of 2 yards in the first quarter. He had 2.095 yards, 10 touchdowns and nine interceptions entering the game.
