NFL Week 6 Free Picks

NFL Week 6 Free PicksIf you ask anyone with an online sportsbook, they will tell you that NFL football is a fantastic sport to bet on. Football betting can be lazy- you only have to pay attention on one day a week, sometimes, and all the games happen at once. You get all the stress over with, in a few short hours. Join Now to Bet on this Game!

A problem does present itself, however, when it comes to betting on football. As you approach your online bookie, it can be increasingly difficult to choose which games to bet on. All of the teams play at once! Some strong teams and playing, some weak, but how does one choose? Well, that’s what I’m here for. Each week I keep my eye on a few games that interest me. I look for games with some fanfare, as they will be exciting to watch, but also games with clear betting lines and the opportunity to make some money. So here we go, get to your betting websites and let’s get started.

Game 1: New England Patriots at Seattle Seahawks Sunday 4:05 PM EST

The Pats and Hawks are getting a good amount of hype this year. The Patriots for losing more and sooner than expected and the Seahawks for the opposite; with a lot of attention going to their many new, young stars. In week six, these two teams meet with identical records and an almost identical amount of eyes on them. This will certainly be a popular game to watch. The Patriot’s best offence in the NFL will be against the league’s second best defence. This could make for a good game! There is an imbalance though- Seattle is last in the NFL when it comes to passing yards and touchdowns. Their running game has been incredible, however. If the Pats can shut down Marshawn Lynch, they should be able to squeak out of win. I say this despite my love for the young-gun Seahawks and my genuine hope to see them succeed.

My Pick: The New England Patriots

Game 2: Kansas City Chiefs at Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1:00 PM EST

These teams need to get back on track. Each of them has won only once this season and has come off either an unexciting or a disappointing week. The Bucs sat off this week on bye. They had seven extra days to think about how far below .500 their team is. The Chiefs, on the other hand, recently suffered loss versus the Ravens, scoring only six points in the matchup. The good news is, they held the Ravens to only nine points- very respectable. If their offence can click like their defence has, they could improve their standing and easily defeat the Bus- since neither offence nor defence are clicking in Tampa.

My Pick: The Kansas City Chiefs
