Packers vs. Eagles Wildcard Betting PicksGreen Bay (10-6) at Philadelphia (10-6)

• Series in Playoffs: 1-1. In January 2004, Eagles beat the Packers 20-17 in overtime in a game of Wild Card. David Akers hit a field goal from 37 yards to tie the game five seconds left in regulation and in overtime sent to Philadelphia in the divisional round with a kick from 31 yards. In December 1960, Philadelphia defeated Green Bay 17-13 in the NFL Championship, the only loss of legendary coach Vince Lombardi in the title game of the old NFL.

• Record in Playoffs: Green Bay (25-16), Philadelphia (19-19)

• Record Wild Card Round: Green Bay (6-4), Philadelphia (7-6)

Everything begins and ends with Michael Vick. Will the Packers able to stop the most dangerous man in the league?

Could do in the regular season, when Vick passed for only 175 yards, was intercepted once and sacked three times. Green Bay won 27-20 in Philadelphia. Vick, however, ran 11 times for 103 yards and Dom Capers, Green Bay defensive coordinator, will try to prevent such breaks in Round 2.

A defense against Vick? It's complicated, because the Eagles 7, has an entire arsenal novel to do harm. Jeremy Maclin (22 years), LeSean McCoy (22), DeSean Jackson (24) and Brent Celek (25) are the reason why Philadelphia's attack is the second best in the NFL ... and more explosive.

Eagles were leading the league with 80 plays of 20 yards or more in the regular season, and this is another aspect that should be avoided Packers: big plays. McCoy led the team in rushing yards (1,080) and receptions (78), was fourth in the NFL in combined yards (1.672) and sixth in first downs (79). The rapid Jackson led the league with an average of 22.5 yards per catch (47 for 1.056) and 8 touchdowns. Maclin was second in Philadelphia with 70 catches for 964 yards and first with 10 catches for six points. Celek added 511 yards and four touchdowns.

Green Bay's defense was the second fewest points in the regular season accepted: average 15 points per game, behind only Pittsburgh (14.5). Its symbols are the linebacker Clay Matthews, safety Nick Collins and cornerback Charles Woodson, all invited to the Pro Bowl.

Matthews was the fourth in the NFL with 13.5 sacks, finished with 83 tackles (the highest in his career), forced two fumbles, had an interception and four passes defensed. In the game of Week 1 in Philadelphia, Matthews hit knocked out Kevin Kolb and Vick entered the relay. Woodson (seventh Pro Bowl and third in a row with the Packers) recorded personal bests in terms of tackles (105) and forced fumbles (5), also had two interceptions, one touchdown, two sacks and 13 passes defended. Woodson is a weapon in the blitzes and Capers will use to corral Vick. In the last nine weeks of the regular season, the Packers agreed only 10.4 points per game, including five games in which left their opponents in 7 or less.

When Green Bay has the ball, will be the defense of the Eagles will suffer seriously. Aaron Rodgers ran for 78 yards in his third season in a row with 4.000 per pass, in terms of effectiveness, experienced one of the best seasons in franchise history: Completed 312 of 475 for an effectiveness rate of 65.7%, only behind that 66.5% of one Brett Favre in 2007.

Greg Jennings is the best receiver Rodgers. After recording 14 receptions for 183 yards and three touchdowns in the first five games of the season after Week 6 Jennings was the best in the league with 62 receptions for 1.082 yards, averaging 98.4 per game. Jennings hold the duel with Asante Samuel will be key in the outcome of this match.

Under the leadership of defensive coordinator Sean McDermott, the defense of Philadelphia was a nightmare for quarterbacks, whose combined rating was 80.8 with 23 interceptions, when they send blitz, the rating drops to 66.57. McDermott is a teacher to make substitutions and keep their defense fresh, Philadelphia had 14 players catch in 2010 and 10 of them at least a pass intercepted.

In this duelazo quarterbacks are the defenses that have the word end. I have to go with the best and that is Green Bay.
