NFL Betting – Week 14 Early Picks at BSN SportsSports betting is reaching the most exciting time of the year as it seems every NFL matchup is a “big game” right now. Even the defending champion Steelers find themselves in a must-win situation this Thursday night. Let’s try a parlay for the early games this week.

Steelers (-10) over Browns: We can’t totally panic. Yes, Pittsburgh’s four-game losing streak and embarrassing losses to Kansas City and Oakland are extremely concerning. So are Troy Polamalu’s sprained MCL and Hines Ward’s hamstring strain. But, even at less than full strength, this Pittsburgh team is worlds better than the Cleveland Browns. The Steelers have to win and should beat the NFL’s worst defense emphatically.

Vikings (-6.5) over Bengals: The Bengals have been giant killers all season but this might be one NFL betting mountain they can’t climb. The Vikings should be focused after Arizona knocked them off their high horse last week. They’re dominant at home, especially in the passing game, as Brett Favre has 16 touchdown passes versus one interception in six games – all wins – at the Metrodome this year.

Saints (No line) over Falcons: The spread isn’t posted and, even though it should be big, you can still trust the Saints with your football picks. Their potent offense faces the No. 28 defense in the league. Matt Ryan is probably still out with turf toe, meaning Chris Redman battles the best takeaway team in the NFL. The Saints have a league-high 23 interceptions and have scored a whopping eight defensive touchdowns.

Dolphins (+3) over Jaguars: This game is a borderline pick ‘em but I like the resolve Miami showed versus New England last week. Ricky Williams should give the Jags’ run defense trouble and Jacksonville’s league-worst pass rush will give Chad Henne plenty of time to throw. The Dolphins are a decent run-stopping team too, so Maurice Jones-Drew isn’t guaranteed to have a big sportsbook day either.
