NFL Betting 2009 Rookies Power Rankings at BSN SportsIt's time to talk about immediate impact rookies. It was tragic for some teams having lost their best start recruiting before the betting season, but for others the worst has been realized that chose wrong in the Draft.

One example is San Francisco, who is playing very well, indeed could be 3-0 had it not been for that last second pass from Brett Favre. Yet the the 49's is the only team that could not have their top draft pick this year, because Michael Crabtree, supposedly the best college receiver who came to the NFL betting odds this season, has signed as was elected to the selection number ten. This means you have a contract to Crabtree less than twenty-five million dollars. To make matters worse he feels he deserves more than fifty. The situation with the 49ers despite being bogged down that the boy has not yet won anything. That's why the negotiations with the Players Association will now have a delicate touch, which no doubt will be resolved: salary cap for rookies.

On the other hand the Patriots are a powerful side and will grow now that they discovered that they had hired one of the best runners in the NFL: Fred Taylor. In the first two weeks he was seventeen ball carries accumulated for seventy-one yards, scored in the last twenty-one for more than a hundred yards. Taylor is a great player who can still give a lot, but the defense must continue to stop attacking Brady. They did the Bills and the Jets, the Falcons strangely not used to pressure Brady and therefore lost.

The data with Patriots is that you only have three players selected first overall draft pick from the year2006, this is down almost twenty players "recruited" by them, which means that the teacher picks Bill Belichick is not so teacher and that the team remains of great free agents who have come as Wes Welker, Randy Moss, Fred Taylor and Joey Galloway, among others.

The rookies that have caused sensation certainly are players like Minnesota Perci Harvin, who arrived at the University of Florida to have an immediate impact with the Vikings, linebacker Brian Cushing also with the Texans and of course Mark Sanchez with Jets who along with his defense has already reached three wins at the start of the season, a record for a rookie in the current NFL odds history.

Finally, we have Matthew Stafford this week ended with one of the worst bouts of history. The string of defeats in Detroit ended with a win over Washington and celebrated as if they had reached the Super Bowl odds. Sttaford Lions will grow and trust more than anyone to be a quarterback change their mindset to take them to great heights.
