Proposition Bets for 2013 Regular SeasonTime will tell if the Kansas City Chiefs made a smart move to give a second-round pick in 2013 and a conditional in 2014 to acquire Alex Smith. No need to wait to declare the San Francisco 49ers the big winners of this change.

When Jim Harbaugh arrived in San Francisco, it was assumed that Smith would be cut. Smit looked like a player who would have a modest market in free agency and probably would become a substitute somewhere. Two years and many victories later, the 49ers took a high second-round pick and more by switching to Smith.

The 49ers already have a more talented quarterback than Smith. It is possible that your computer has the most talented roster in total. And now they have a ridiculous amount of draft picks to use in April or before April in a change.

Let's review: The 49ers now have two picks in the top 34 and at least five picks in the first three rounds. In total, the team has 12 teams and more teams will come via compensatory options.

San Francisco is in a position to improve their talent base significantly in the next two months through the draft and changes.

The 49ers can move up in the draft if they wish. Or maybe you have ammunition to conduct a major change for a veteran player. According to reports, the "prospectors" were glancing at cornerback in free agency during the NFL Scouting Combine and the sport's best cornerback, Darrelle Revis, will be available.

The rich get richer. Harbaugh is excellent to develop quarterbacks, which improved the value of Smith. The 49ers are very good in the draft, as is Colin Kaepernick shows. Now the 49ers are a team worthy of the Super Bowl, a quarterback Super Bowl level and a huge amount of draft picks to improve further.
