NFL Playoff Betting Odds and Picks at BSN SportsThe Super Bowl odds will get a little clearer after this weekend as divisional round of the playoffs is going to trim the teams from eight contestants to the final four.

The New York Jets and San Diego Chargers will play in the final game of the weekend as both teams will meet up on Sunday afternoon. This will be a long road trip for the Jets, who are an East Coast team heading out on the West Coast. Below is a preview for NFL betting fans:

Jets Season Recap

Some people weren’t sure where the Jets were headed when they cut ties with both Brett Favre and Eric Mangini but the new tandem of Rex Ryan and Mark Sanchez started well.

The Jets started 3-0 on the year and were flying high, until they lost six of their next seven games.

NFL Divisional Playoffs Odds at BSN SportsThe Dallas Cowboys could be the hottest teams remaining in the NFL playoffs. On Sunday, NFL betting fans will see them take on one of the coldest teams heading in.

The Cowboys Vikings odds has the home team listed as a three-point favorite but aside from the home-field advantage, there may not be many advantages for the Vikings. After starting 10-1, they lost their swagger. They lost three of their last five games and nearly lost the No. 2 seed in the NFC. They should be refreshed but if they don’t

Why The Cowboys Can Win

NFL betting cappers have seen the Cowboys turn their December – and playoff woes – completely around as they have been very impressive over the last month. The Cowboys defense has held their last four opponents to just 31 points while the offense has been on fire. Tony Romo has posted a quarterback rating of 100 or more in six of his last seven games and more importantly, he’s avoiding mistakes.

NFL Divisional Playoffs Odds at BSN SportsOne week after the Arizona Cardinals escaped with a win at home, NFL betting fans will see them travel on the road to New Orleans to face the top seed in the NFC. The Cardinals played well on the road this year, winning six of eight contests, but they’ll have to be very weary of their performance last week. If they don’t clean up their act at all, this year’s playoff stay will be a short one.

Arizona Cardinals @ New Orleans Saints

BSN Sports Pick: Saints -7

Last Week

The Saints had the week off last week, which was fairly important to them. Sports betting sharps know they entered the playoffs on a three-game losing streak, which is surprising for a team that started the year with 13 wins. They have had a chance to lick their wounds, nurse their wounds and clear their minds. If they have done that, then they’ll be ready to play this week.

NFL Playoffs Odds at BSN SportsHaving lost their last two regular season games, the Indianapolis Colts did not exactly come neighing to the NFL Betting playoffs.

Considering the last game they lost 30.7 to the Buffalo Bills, the Colts gave the impression of panic to reach the postseason.

But they are not. With the No. 1 seed in the AFC team involved in decisions, more focused on keeping Peyton Manning and other healthy stellar win games in which there is nothing in between, the Colts showed their true form hard losing to the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills. They have small doubts about his ability to win a second Super Bowl Odds since 2006.

"We are ready," said defensive end Raheem Brock. "We are ready to begin the playoffs and accomplish our goal of getting another ring on our fingers."
Even so, they will encounter strong opposition. The most dangerous are the fields in second place San Diego Chargers, who finished the season winning 11 straight games. That could be an argument, even though the Colts have home advantage, the Chargers are really the most formidable team in the playoffs.
