The Baltimore Ravens and the Seattle Seahawks will fight today at CenturyLink Field.
Which Ravens team shows up this afternoon in Seattle? The sleepless one that lost at Tennessee and Jacksonville? Or the one that rallied for an improbable win last Sunday night at Pittsburgh?
Baltimore is 1-12 ATS as road favorites off back-to-back SU wins when facing .333 or less opposition and, of course, the post- Mike Tomlin syndrome is now wide awake as teams after facing Tomlin’s Steelers are 10-25 ATS as favorites in the following game.
As it is, Baltimore is 0-2 SU and ATS in its two trips to the Emerald City since becoming the Ravens in 1996.
Toss in the Seahawks’ 8-5 SU and 10-2-1 ATS mark at home versus AFC opposition since 2005, including 5-1 ATS when they enter off a double-digit loss and you can see why the middle of this Steelers/Bengals division sandwich has us waving bye, bye Black Birds.

The game between the Arizona Cardinals and the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday will be at Lincoln Financial Field.
We know that Andy has been dandy after a Bye Week but he also has his Eagles ready to play on short rest (i.e. after a Monday nighter) as the Birds are 16-5 ATS at home in this role.
The question becomes can Reid pick his team up off the mat after that momentum-stopping loss to Chicago? He’d better.
They’re now a full three games in back of the division-leading Giants in the NFC East and behind nine teams in the race for the wildcard.
Today’s opponent, though, should put the ‘Dream Team’ – this is even a major insult to Lebron – back on track.

New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons have a meeting on Sunday at Georgia Dome.
The winner gets a leg up in the NFC South for the time being and last year’s results between these two should have us ‘crying with the Saints’ as these teams traded wins on each other’s field in 2010.
However, our NFL QB Club says we’d be doing that – crying – if we were to back New Orleans today in the Georgia Dome as ‘Matty Ice’ is 22-4 SU and 17-9 ATS at home in his NFL career while Drew Brees is just 2-9 SU and 2-8-1 ATS as a pick or dog of two or less points in his NFL career.
Our NFL Coaches League also chimes in with this little beauty: Sean Payton is just 11-27 ATS off a SU win in games when his teams owns the better win percentage, including 3-9 ATS versus a division foe.

Jacksonville Jaguars face Indianapolis Colts on Sunday when they meet at Lucas Oil Stadium.
Here we go again. Trying to make lemonade out of a lemon. The problem is the cost of refreshment is higher now than ever as the wobbly Colts are riding a four-game ATS losing streak after having been rode hard and put up wet in last week’s 31-7 dressage here against Atlanta.
The devout contrarians that we are assuredly point out the fact that NFL home dogs of less than 8 points, off a 24-point home loss, are 26-23 SU and 32-17 ATS (meaning they win the game straight-up on the field better than 53% of the time), and are 20-7 ATS in this role when off back-to-back losses.
Enter the jaded Jags, who find themselves favored for the first time this NFL betting season.
