College Basketball Betting NewsOhio State got 18 points from William Buford as they ran past Penn State 71-60 on Sunday at Conseco Fieldhouse.

Ohio State won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the 10-point spread as favorites.

Ohio State got 15 points from Jon Diebler and another 15 points from Jared Sullinger. David Lighty contributed 5 assists, while Jared Sullinger cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.

Penn State got a 24-point performance from Talor Battle, who was supported by 19 points from Jeff Brooks. Tim Frazier had 5 assists in a losing cause for Penn State, while Andrew Jones grabbed 6 rebounds.

Ohio State led at halftime, 29-23.

Ohio State had a 33-32 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Sullinger, the tournament's most outstanding player, averaged 16.3 points and 14 rebounds in the tournament to help the top-seeded Buckeyes (32-2) repeat as champions.
