Sportsbooks currently have the Hurricanes listed as 2-point favorites versus the Yellow Jackets, while the game's total is sitting at 62. A few plays after a successful onside kick, the game ended with Carolina in Miami territory on the short end of the scoreboard – despite holding a 100+ total-yard advantage. Our betting database expect the ‘Canes to fully fizzle out this afternoon, though, as Miami is a winless 0-4 ATS after trading blows with the Tar Heels, 1-5 ATS versus a conference foe with revenge and a worn-down 3-9 ATS in Game Seven. Couple that with Tech’s 7-0 ATS log after Virginia, 6-0 ATS mark away off a previous away game and 9-2 ATS record with conference revenge and one would think the Wreck could do some serious damage of their own today in south Florida, especially with the ‘U’ a swagger-less 11-29 ATS in their last 40 tries as conference home chalk. Our gut (and our database) tells us to grab what we can as the Jackets make amends for last season’s home embarrassment – but with the aroma of a ‘Bubble Burst’ in the air, we’ll back down slightly for now. We may have more on this important ACC Coastal battle later this week. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets vs. Miami Hurricanes trends to consider:
