We should have known that it was only a matter of time before talented A&M took out a season’s worth of frustration on an out-manned foe but how many times can you play with fi re before getting burned? And speaking of getting burned, the Longhorns cost us a sweep of last week’s NCAA Best Bets as they lost outright at home to Kansas State as 9-point favorites, despite limiting the Wildcats a season-low 121 yards. Well, rather than fl ip a coin (which would have produced better results in accessing these two this season) we’ll do what we do best and that’s to grab the points. Yes, the 6-4 ‘Horns haven’t come close to completing their ‘Mission’ this season but they have held five foes to season-low yards, including the aforementioned 121 total yards in last week’s ‘inside-out’ loss. They’ll also be looking to make amends for offered this afternoon is too big to pass up. A solid take as not only do the Flashes improve to 6-1-1 ATS in weekday affairs, but the Owls drop to 0-7 ATS in games played during the week. The Aggies are listed as 8-point favorites versus the Longhorns, and the game's total is sitting at 52½.
