#2 Florida Gators (-3) @ #10 Georgia Bulldogs OddsThe road to the BCS Championship game is paved through the SEC, so it is no surprise that heading in to week nine of the college football betting season there are seven teams ranked in the top-25. That includes six of which are in the top 13 in the nation, with three key matchups to look forward to this weekend, including another tough test for the undefeated and No. 1-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide. Tennessee Volunteers @ #13 South Carolina Gamecocks (-14)

Any chance that the Gamecocks have of climbing back in to the top-10 will require winning out the rest of the way, beginning with a tough test against Tennessee this weekend. South Carolina was beaten up pretty badly in the second of back-to-back losses to LSU and Florida, losing by 33 to the Gators in a game that many sports betting experts had them down for a potential upset in.

The Gamecocks had four turnovers and just 191 total yards in the loss to Florida, and will need to find a way to recover in time to keep the Volunteers down. Tennessee has lost four-straight since the start of SEC play, and while its offense is among the best in the country, the defense has given up 41-plus points in three-straight defeats.

College Football Betting Pick: South Carolina Gamecocks - 14

#2 Florida Gators (-3) @ #10 Georgia Bulldogs

Georgia is still very much alive in the SEC Championship race even despite a blowout loss at the hands of South Carolina, but need a win this week against the No. 2 Gators to stay alive. The Bulldogs didn’t convince anyone they were ready for a shot at Florida with a five-point home win over a Kentucky team that is winless in five SEC games this season, and will definitely have a hard time slowing the Gators down after allowing 24 points against the Wildcats. Florida is hitting on all cylinders heading in to this football betting game, and will that perfect storm should have no problem pushing through Georgia with a spot in the SEC Championship game on the line.

College Football Betting Pick: Florida Gators -3

#11 Mississippi State Bulldogs @ #1 Alabama Crimson Tide (-24)
Sunday, 8:30 PM ET

It’s incredible that a team that won the BCS Championship a year ago can actually be better this season, but that is certainly the case when it comes to the Betonline numbers that the top-ranked Crimson Tide has registered this season. Alabama is undefeated through seven games, and while the nation’s top-ranked defense continues to make a mockery of opposing offenses, the offense is coming around as well with quarterback AJ McCarron and a rushing attack that ranks 20th in the country with an average of 219.4 yards per game on the ground. The Bulldogs are also undefeated and have impressed so far, but this will be the first ranked opponent on their schedule, and there is no way they have what it takes to compete against a Tide team that is firing on all cylinders.
