Odds to Win the 2011 BCS ChampionshipAlabama leads the Top 25 for 2010 and they are defending the national championship. The Crimson Tide return Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram, quarterback Greg McElroy and just about everyone else from last year’s offense.
They did suffer some defensive losses but head coach Nick Saban is a defensive guru and always finds ways to slow other teams down.
Alabama has won 16 straight SEC regular college football betting season games going back to 2007. Alabama is the 4-1 favorite to win the national title but they play in the SEC which is the best conference in the country, so repeating will not be easy.

Here are the stats for the Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram.

• Averaging 178 yards per game vs. top-25 teams (VT, UM, USC, LSU)
• Semifinalist for the Maxwell Award
• Sixth Nationally in Rushing (127.56)

• Leads nation with 38 runs of 10 yards
• Leads nation with 13 runs of 20 yards or more
