The LSU Tigers and the Tennessee Volunteers will battle this Saturday at Neyland Stadium.
LSU is listed as 12½-point favorites against the Tennessee, and the game's total is sitting at 43½.
If you watched No. 1 (or No. 2 depending on the poll) LSU perform its hydraulic press crush-job on Florida last week, you’re not going to think much of this pick.
Not only have the Vols averaged a mind-blowing -14.5 rushing yards per game in two SEC wars with Florida and Georgia, Tennessee may also be without QB Tyler Bray, who left with a 4th-quarter thumb injury against the Dawgs (check status).

The Southern Cal Trojans and the California Golden Bears have a meeting on Thursday when they meet at AT&T Park.
When we last saw the Berkeley bunch they looked smarter than the average Bears, holding a 1-point fi rst-half lead last Thursday at Eugene as 24-points dogs.
However, Oregon had Cal ducking for ‘non-cover’ in a 29-0 secondhalf blitz. And despite a 0-4 ATS weekday log, along with a 0-6 SU and 1-5 ATS mark in this series since 2005, we’ll give Jeff Tedford’s Jekyll-and-Hyde Bears another chance.
Yes, Lane Kiffi n has USC off to a 4-1 start, including a 48-point outburst against the Wildcats nine days ago but we refuse to lay any points on the road with daddy Monte’s stop-unit… one that has been lit up for 84 points by the state of Arizona over the past two games.

College football betting week seven opens in Fort Collins and we get yet another look at the Mountain West Conference… this time sans Boise State.
And while it’s not the SEC, at least it’s not the MAC or the Sun Belt. In fact, six of the eight teams in the MWC boast a winning record thanks to a 19-16 nonconference mark.
Not bad for a league that rents space to UNLV and New Mexico. Tonight’s combatants enter with similar resumes (3-2 overall / 0-1 in league play, each losing to TCU) and this likely battle for third-place honors looks to keep us squarely on the sidelines.

Regular-season weekday road games have ruined the Aztecs (0-5 SU and 1-4 ATS) and we’re really not eager to back a single-digit road dog that is 1-3 ‘In The Stats’ versus lined opposition this season.

Yes, we saw a superior Florida offense going to the ground (29 carries, 15 yards) more times than a female Kardashian in an NBA locker room (or a Denny’s waitress in Tiger’s booth) but you have to agree this game has ‘letdown’ written all over it.
BetOnline currently have the Alabama listed as 28½-point favorites against the Vanderbilt, and the game's total is sitting at 41½.
