The Tennessee Volunteers and the Arkansas Razorbacks have a meeting on Saturday at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
Not keen on stepping in front of head Hog Bobby Petrino’s dazzling 32-11- 1 ATS career mark at home – including 11-1 ATS versus a foe off a SU and ATS win – after having tried and failed with the Gamecocks last week.
And honestly, the 44-28 final could have been much worse: the Razorbacks saw WR Cobi Hamilton and RB Ronnie Wingo Jr. drop touchdown passes, kicker Zach Hocker miss field goal tries from 45 and 29 yards, and quarterback Tyler Wilson throw an interception, ending his streak without a pick at 186.
The Hogs also couldn’t score on three plays from a yard out on one series, turning the ball over on downs, and were penalized nine times for 60 yards.

Yikes. Just a few weeks ago, the Red Raiders were basking in the glow of their upset of then-No. 1 Oklahoma.
Then they plummeted back to earth in a display of flaming wreckage not witnessed since the Hindenburg disaster.
Outscored 93-27 in back-to-back embarrassments against Iowa State and Texas, there’s no way we want the Techsters here, right? Not so fast, my friend!
For openers, Okie State finally looked human last week against Kansas State, barely eking out a 7-point win as three TD favorites.
And our ‘As The Noose Tightens’ BSN Sports previews reminds us that the rope is STILL squarely around the undefeated Cowboys’ neck and their 110th-ranked defense.

Here we go! It ain’t LSU versus Alabama but it sure ranks as the Game of the Year in the Mountain West Conference – and arguably the ‘Game of Eternity’ as the Froggies will be leaping over to the Big 12 next season.
What’s at stake? Undefeated Boise State’s No. 5 BCS ranking and TCU’s 21-game MWC winning streak.
As expected, both sides enter today’s matchup (the first and only time the two teams will square off as MWC foes) with strong ATS support.
The Broncos, who beat the Frogs, 17-10, as 7-point dogs in their last meeting (2009 Fiesta Bowl), are a jaw-dropping 9-0 SU and 8-1 ATS playing on the Smurf Turf if they’re unbeaten and taking on a greater-than .500 adversary.

The Texas A&M Aggies and the Kansas State Wildcats will look for a victory on Saturday at Snyder Family Stadium.
The money-burning Aggies (2-7 ATS) have disappointed us plenty this college football betting season but this is not the week to mine elsewhere.
For starters, their last trip to Manhattan resulted in 62-14 thrashing – as 6.5-point chalk, no less – and they may be catching the surprising Wildcats at just the right time.
We guess if there is such a thing as a confidence-building loss, it happened last week to the Wildcats in Stillwater. But we must question their mental state as they were within a few yards of taking the then No. 3 team in the country to overtime.
Yes, recent series history (2-0 SU last two, 3-0 ATS last squandered numerous scoring opportunities in the defeat, snapping a five-game win skein).
