Shaq O'Neal and the Cavaliers Lost Against Celtics in Debut GameBoston Celtics beat the Cavaliers last night in Cleveland from 95 to 89 with their "Big Three", which overshadowed the excellent offensive superstar LeBron James and the giant Shaquille O'Neal's debut with the Cavaliers on opening day of the 2009-2010 betting season in the NBA.

The star Paul Pierce, Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett, known as the "Big Three" of the Celtics spoiled an outstanding effort from LeBron, who overflowed with 38 points.

Pierce gave Boston 23 points to win with 11 rebounds, Allen 16, Garnett 13, while O'Neal to the Cavaliers finished with 10 boards and an equal number of turnovers under the boards.

It is thought that the giant O'Neal make a difference with the Cavaliers, to provide support to superstar LeBron the MVP (MVP) in the previous season.

The Cavaliers were looking for the twelfth consecutive win against the Celtics as hosts.

Cleveland's team finished last year with a balance of the Celtics 66-16 and 62-20, to finish atop their respective divisions in the Eastern Conference Odds, but both were eliminated in their play-off rounds of the Orlando Magic , which later gave way in the final against the defending champion Lakers.
