Why Miami Will Win

When making your next play at any of the premier sports betting sites on the market, it is prudent to wait for Games 1 and 2 of this series to play out on Wednesday and Friday before deciding on an ultimate winner. However, there’s a very good reason for you to think about picking Miami at this point. Unlike the 2012 playoff series between these two teams, Chris Bosh should be able to play for the duration.

Last year, Bosh got injured midway through Game 1 of the series, forcing him to miss the end of Game 1 and the remaining five games of the series. Bosh’s absence from the series robbed Miami of a crucial cog in its halfcourt offense. Bosh hits mid-range jump shots, keeping the floor spaced for Dwyane Wade and especially LeBron James. Bosh gives Miami a third grade-A weapon and enables Miami head coach Erik Spoelstra to put more lineup combinations on the floor. Spoelstra can sub out Wade and leave LeBron and Bosh together. The Heat often thrive under such circumstances. If LeBron needs a brief break, Bosh and Wade can stay on the court, or the Heat can even leave Bosh on the floor with role players. In bet online reviews, you will also see that the Heat are playing an Indiana squad that did not shoot well from the perimeter in the East semifinals against the New York Knicks. The Pacers attacked the basket on offense and were terrific on defense for most of the series, but they didn’t hit a lot of open threes. If Indiana’s wings can’t knock down a higher percentage of threes compared to the Knicks series, the Pacers just aren’t very likely to win this game (and, of course, the series itself).

Why Indiana Will Win

A pay per head bookie service that takes business on this contest might lean to the Pacers for one primary reason: Indiana is 6-0 at home in the playoffs to this point in time. The Pacers play with great energy at home, but they also display a lot of confidence. They don’t commit as many turnovers and acquire a more settled dimension that is (and has been) lacking at times on the road. Last year, when these two teams met in the playoffs, Indiana won Game 3 at home. It wasn’t until Game 4 that Miami managed to break through against the Pacers. Even if this series happens to be 1-1 and not 2-0 for the Heat heading to Game 3, Indiana will have a strong chance to win.

Who Will Win?

The sense here is that while Miami is the favorite in the series, the Pacers are going to be very effective and tenacious in Game 3. Choose Indiana in this spot.

My Pick: Indiana
