NBA Betting: Bulls Continue To Truck Forward Above Inconsistency Throughout The East

NBA Betting News and OddsInconsistency has been the story of the regular season so far in the NBA, especially in an Eastern conference playoff race that remains wide open heading in to the final stretch. The Miami Heat have been healthy, but unable to maintain enough consistency to catch a Chicago Bulls’ team that has been hurt by injuries, while the Boston Celtics are another story altogether. The New York Knicks have been up and down with little correlation to coaches getting fired or franchise players being injured, and all the while the one constant has been the Bulls at the top of the table regardless of what they are forced to deal with.

The fact that the Bulls can be without reigning MVP Derrick Rose for so long, yet still maintain their position at the top of the Eastern conference is in big part thanks to the work of head coach Tom Thibodeau, and in big part thanks to the strong team depth that the franchise has secured.

While a run to the NBA betting picks championship will require a kiss from a Rose, Chicago has gotten strong contributions from played such as Luol Deng, Richard Hamilton, and Ronnie Brewer, and that has helped them maintain their position as the conference leaders. The Knicks meanwhile celebrated the resignation of former head coach Mike D’Antoni with a little winning streak that helped them hold down the eighth spot, but with Amare Stoudamire and Jeremy Lin both out for the foreseeable future, it is only a matter of time in this game before the pay head road option begins to pull away.

The Celtics have also been one of the most inconsistent teams, only for now the fans are happy as the only thing they are doing inconsistently is lose, which they didn’t do for five games as they climbed back up in to the thick of the Eastern conference playoff race earlier this week. Boston has gotten the most out of Kevin Garnett since he moved to center, and with Rajon Rondo developing in to one of the premier point guards in the association, it isn’t just about Paul Pierce or Ray Allen taking over a game with their shooting. Philadelphia has done a solid job on the defensive end of the floor all season, but the Celtics are playing as well as any team in the NBA at home right now, and should get through as the sports betting favorites.

The fact that the Los Angeles Clippers had been struggling so badly under head coach Vinny Del Negro for a while there in March helped deflect some of the attention away from Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra, who surprisingly has not been fired yet despite the incredible lack on consistency his team has shown despite its overall talent level heading in to baseball betting season. Miami clinched a playoff spot on Tuesday with a win over Sixers at home, but they still have to feel they are alive in pursuit of Chicago for the top spot in the conference, and should coming out playing like it from the beginning.
