When looking at your NBA playoff odds, many may see Boston and Miami and see this series as an easy win for the Celtics. But as you do your research, you’ll see that the Celtics aren’t even close to being a lock to get to the conference finals anymore: in fact, they may not even get out of the first round thanks to a Miami team that is hot at the right time of the year.
Heat vs Celtics odds – Saturday, April 17, 8:00 PM ET
The Heat are rolling into the playoffs with nine wins in their last 10 games, including three in a row, and they’re using defense to overcome their offensive shortcomings. In their last 13 games, the Heat have given up 100 points or more just twice, even though they’ve had Jermaine O’Neal and Udonis Haslem banged up. Still, when you have Dwyane Wade on the court, anything is possible. We all know Wade is an offensive powerhouse who often has to carry the load at that end of the floor, but this year, he became a much better defensive player, and he was the only guard in the top 30 in the NBA in terms of blocked shots.

The sportsbook odds that always circulate around a high-level basketball game are tipped in one direction or another based on subtle movements and flows. The NBA betting calculus might be hard to read for this Saturday’s crucial contest between the San Antonio Spurs and the Denver Nuggets, so it’s worth exploring the nuances of this matchup.
San Antonio @ Denver
Saturday, April 10
If you’re looking for any slight edge in the realm of sports betting, a good place to start – at least when talking about the soon-to-end NBA regular season – is rest. The grueling nature of the 82-game NBA slate, with its often ridiculous travel demands, affects a lot of results. One reason the NBA implements the dreaded road-and-home back-to-back set (along with the all-road back-to-back set) is that it balances the odds in favor of the teams who aren’t playing games on consecutive days.

With just 10 days for the NBA betting regular season comes to an end, and there are 15 teams with their passport stamped.
The 16th quota is played by the Toronto Raptors and Chicago Bulls, only two tables still have a mathematical chance of winning the play-off.
Although the Western Conference seemed more closed, are two currencies of the East which will keep the excitement in the twilight of the first 82 betting games.
The Raptors hold the eighth box in the Eastern Conference with a record of 38 wins and 37 lost. The Bulls will keep the horn in the back with a record of 37-39, with one more game.
For the Raptors will remain seven games, including the one that fought last night, at the end of this note, before the Golden State Warriors.
