 There is no city where the hurt has been stronger at the end of the NBA scores season than in Dallas, Texas, where the beloved Mavericks have become nothing more than perennial entertainers over the past few years. There is always that same optimism, that same sense that the team has what it takes to go all the way, the strong finish to the regular season, and then of course the collapse at the end. That won’t happen in 2011 with the Dallas Mavericks finally earning their due, as they get their revenge and cool off Dwayne Wade and the Miami Heat in the NBA finals.
It was Wade and the Heat that came back with three straight wins to knock off Dallas in the 2006 NBA finals, the first time in franchise history that the Mavericks had even gotten that far. It seems fitting that a team with an owner as engaged as Mark Cuban and fans as diehard as the ones that consistently sellout the American Airlines Center gets more on their resume than a single conference title, and this year Rick Carlisle seems as though he has enough talent to get the online sports betting job done.

 Boston was victimized by Dwyane Wade for 34 points as the Heat defeated the Celtics 97-87 in NBA betting action on Wednesday.
Miami was a favorite by 7.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 181.5.
Miami got 33 points from LeBron James and another 14 points from Chris Bosh. Dwyane Wade contributed 5 assists, while Chris Bosh cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
The Celtics got an 18 -point performance from Ray Allen, who was supported by 15 points from Kevin Garnett. Paul Pierce had 4 assists in a losing cause for Boston, while Kevin Garnett grabbed 11 rebounds.
Miami trailed at halftime, 49-47.

 Chicago got 25 points and 10 assists from Derrick Rose en route to an 86-73 victory over Atlanta on Wednesday at United Center.
