Los Angeles Lakers and Cleveland Cavaliers are favorites to be the faces in the NBA Betting Finals, but could force other candidates to interfere with that ambition in the long road to the title which begins tomorrow with the "play-off."

The Lakers multichampions will see them with inexperienced Oklahoma City Thunder, a young squad that advanced by the aim of Kevin Durant, the tournament's leading scorer, but will have a monumental task to subdue their more experienced rivals.

If the wishes of the majority would serve to validate forecasts, Kobe Bryant and Los Angeles Lakers played in the finals in June by the NBA betting title against LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in a matchup that could break all records for television viewership.
But one thing is the desire and reality another. On the way the two superstars and their teams are rivals with a desire for revenge and thirst for coronation.
This happened last year, when the Orlando Magic ruined all odds and left off the end to Cleveland.
The basketball betting regular season ended on Wednesday. Today begins the play off, a ladder of three rounds before the final series between the champions of the East and West.
If you want to see their faces, the two favorite teams have to walk the postseason in all the work of months can go to the pipe on a bad day.

When looking at your NBA playoff odds, many may see Boston and Miami and see this series as an easy win for the Celtics. But as you do your research, you’ll see that the Celtics aren’t even close to being a lock to get to the conference finals anymore: in fact, they may not even get out of the first round thanks to a Miami team that is hot at the right time of the year.
Heat vs Celtics odds – Saturday, April 17, 8:00 PM ET
The Heat are rolling into the playoffs with nine wins in their last 10 games, including three in a row, and they’re using defense to overcome their offensive shortcomings. In their last 13 games, the Heat have given up 100 points or more just twice, even though they’ve had Jermaine O’Neal and Udonis Haslem banged up. Still, when you have Dwyane Wade on the court, anything is possible. We all know Wade is an offensive powerhouse who often has to carry the load at that end of the floor, but this year, he became a much better defensive player, and he was the only guard in the top 30 in the NBA in terms of blocked shots.

The sportsbook odds that always circulate around a high-level basketball game are tipped in one direction or another based on subtle movements and flows. The NBA betting calculus might be hard to read for this Saturday’s crucial contest between the San Antonio Spurs and the Denver Nuggets, so it’s worth exploring the nuances of this matchup.
San Antonio @ Denver
Saturday, April 10
If you’re looking for any slight edge in the realm of sports betting, a good place to start – at least when talking about the soon-to-end NBA regular season – is rest. The grueling nature of the 82-game NBA slate, with its often ridiculous travel demands, affects a lot of results. One reason the NBA implements the dreaded road-and-home back-to-back set (along with the all-road back-to-back set) is that it balances the odds in favor of the teams who aren’t playing games on consecutive days.
