Sprint Cup Series Betting Odds at BSN SportsThe drivers of the Sprint Cup Series get one last chance to qualify for the Chase on Saturday night when they race in the Chevy Rock & Roll 400 at Richmond International Raceway.

Kasey Kahne boosted his Chase chances immensely last time out, taking the checkered flag in the Pep Boys Auto 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Sunday night. Kahne jumped five spots to sixth place in the driver standings with that victory.

Kevin Harvick, Juan Montoya, David Reutimann, and Mark Martin followed Kahne across the finish line in Atlanta. Denny Hamlin, Brian Vickers, Jeff Gordon, Ryan Newman, and Greg Biffle made up the rest of the day's Top 10 drivers.

Tony Stewart was 11th in the Pep Boys Auto 500, while Matt Kenseth was 12th, and Kyle Busch was 13th. Jimmie Johnson, Carl Edwards, and Kurt Busch all turned in disappointing results in Atlanta - they were 36th, 37th, and 38th, respectively.

Heading into the final pre-Chase race of the season Stewart holds a 237-point lead on Gordon atop the driver standings. Johnson, Hamlin, Edwards, Kahne, Kurt Busch, Montoya, Newman, Martin, Biffle, and Kenseth also sit in the Top 12 of the standings.

Vickers is 20 points behind Kenseth for the final Chase berth, while Kyle Busch is 37 points back in 14th place in those standings. Kyle Busch, though, is tied with Martin with a series-leading four wins on the season. Stewart and Johnson have three wins apiece, while Kahne and Kenseth have each visited victory lane twice this season.

As well, one of Kyle Busch's wins this year came at Richmond in the Russ Friedman 400 back in May. Johnson is the defending Chevy Rock & Roll 400 champion, and he also swept both Richmond events during the 2007 season.

Stewart has three career Cup wins at Richmond, most recently at the Pontiac Excitement 400 back in 2002. Dale Earnhardt Jr. has also won at Richmond three times, while Gordon took checkered flags there in both 2000 and 1996. Harvick, Kahne, Newman, Kenseth, Martin, and Kurt Busch all have a single Richmond victory.

After racing at Richmond the drivers of the Sprint Cup Series will get the Chase underway at the Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on September 20. The rest of the Chase events will take place at Dover, Kansas, Auto Club, Lowe's, Martinsville, Talladega, Texas, Phoenix, and Homestead-Miami.
