 Boston Red Sox will play against the New York Yankees at Fenway Park on Sunday night to begin the 2010 baseball betting regular season.
After five years, the Red Sox will open the baseball betting season amid the spectacle of the game´s biggest rivalry.
The line at Bodog sportsbook is Red Sox - 114 and the total 9 Under -115.
The Red Sox like the idea of assigning one man to the DH spot, rather than rotating several in the position and necessitating other lineup changes.
But for that to work, the DH has to hit and hit big. Ortiz’ impact has been numerical but also psychological.

 Xavier Nady reached a preliminary agreement to sign a $ 3.3 million a year with the Chicago Cubs, the AP reported Tuesday a source aware of the negotiations.
The source requested anonymity because the team has not yet made an announcement.
The recruitment depends whether Nady passing a medical.
Nady had a second elbow surgery of his career last July, while with the New York Yankees.
Just saw action in seven games.
Nady joins a group of Cubs outfielder who already had the Alfonso Soriano, Kosuke Fukudome and Marlon Byrd.
Lifetime, Nady is batting .280 with 87 homers in 679 games with the Padres, Mets, Pirates and Yankees.

 New York Yankees, the World Series champions, will face the Boston Red Sox on Sunday April 4 in the first game of next MLB betting season.
The game will be televised on ESPN2 throughout the U.S., except in regions where they come from both teams, which will be broadcast on local stations.
The match was originally scheduled for Monday, 5.
When the program was announced in September, the ace C. C. Sabathia, the Yankees, he anticipated the change.
"It'll be cold. We know very well, "he said, laughing. "I'm sure it will be a baseball game on Sunday night or something, so it will be cold."
New York closes the season at Fenway Park and Boston faces six times in their last 10 games.

 The Atlanta Braves are about to send reliever Rafael Soriano to Tampa Bay for pitcher Jesse Chavez U.S., said a person with knowledge of the agreement.
The teams were waiting for the approval of the medical reports, the AP said today the person who spoke on condition of anonymity because the trade is not official.
Soriano had 27 rescues last season with Atlanta. This week, accepted the offer of salary arbitration Braves.
The recently hired Braves relievers Billy Wagner and Takashi Saito, Soriano prompting leftovers in the bullpen.
