The Greek Sportsbook ComplaintsA couple of players from The Greek have reported the same sportsbetting complaint to SportsBookReview.com. The complaint involved a wager they placed on the Champions League Final between Bayern Munich and Chelsea that took place on Saturday 19th, 2012. The players, who have no connection to each other, said that their bets on Bayern Munich PK for regulation time were graded incorrectly as a loss. TheGreek has been rated A+ by SportsBookReview and is one of the best options for sports betting however these two claims still surfaced and they are being followed up on.

Through a screenshot that he shared with SportsBookReview, the first player stated that his bet was “for the regulation time”. He wagered a total of $2500 however his bet was graded as a loss. TheGreek promptly answered the customer’s complain via email and maintained the position it had taken from the start in regards to the bet saying “Please note that the wager you took was Bayern M Winner Pk -225 that included extra time and penalty. “

After doing some research SportsBookReview came to the conclusion that at no moment was the distinction stated in the wagering ticket and that even the opposite was written and the customer was unable to resolve the claim.

The player wrote to SportsBookReview explaining the following: "Hello, 14/05 i placed a bet on the champions League final that was 19/05. I placed 2500$ for Bayern M Winner - spread pk (1.44) for the regulation time held on May 19 at 1:45pm. The regulation time ended in a draw 1-1, but my bet was settled as loss. Customer support say that i placed a bet that include OT or Penalties, but i clearly remember that bet was just for the regulation time - my bet description prove it - there is info " for the regulation time held on May 19 at 1:45pm" I am also forwarding the screenshot of the bet history with that bet settled as loss. I think that this bet should be settled as void, not the loss. Could you please help me?"

SBR is still following up on these cases against TheGreek.com.
